To-the-point customer care and optimised processes from the initial idea to the finished product.

In the first step, we will check the feasibility of your project by means of a forming simulation based on finite elements. We will use leading-edge CAD/CAM systems to engineer complex forming tools for you that will subsequently be manufactured on our in-house high-precision toolmaking machines.

In order to ensure consistent quality in the manufacture of products from steel, non-ferrous metals as well as special alloys, Möhling’s shopfloor is equipped with cutting-edge machinery including coldforging machines that are capable of handling up to 7 forming stations for wire diameters ranging from 0.5 to 30 mm. Comprehensive options for follow-up treatment as well as product-specific machinery turn bolts and moulded parts into genuine “special” parts.

Heat treatment and surface coating applications will be accomplished by our certified partners in accordance with your specifications. In the last step, 100% product sorting completes our continuous in-process quality assurance.
